Dear ,

I’m reaching out with some important news. As you know, we’ve been in the process of relocating to a new space as a result of the fire in the building that houses our dojo last Monday night, having just secured an agreement on the dojo's new location only 3 1/2 miles away.  Due to the lengthy turn-around time in restoring
the current location for proper and safe use, we have made the strategic decision to move the Academy to a new location in order to continue offering you and the community at-large the best possible training environment.

That goes for both our local students, as well as those in our online and long-distance programs who trust me and my instructors and staff with their attainment of personal and warrior Mastery!

The move, though, has come with a variety of
expenses - including cleaning, facility setup, down payments, and securing new equipment, just to name a few. And to get everything in place quickly, and do what needs to be done, we’ve created a Fire Recovery Offer to support this transition.

While the financial strain of moving is considerable, my wife and I are also still recovering from the house fire we endured 3 1/2 years ago. The fire created numerous expenses—many of
which were not covered by insurance—and to make matters worse, the contractor we hired stole over $130,000 of the insurance money without completing the necessary work.

The stress of both the fire recovery and the challenges we’ve faced in the past few years has made this move even more urgent.  Watching my wife relive the strain and stress of the house fire all over again last Monday night has fueled my desire to make this happen
even more quickly.

How You Can Help:
We’ve already had an incredible amount of support from our community of students and instructors—and I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who has stepped up in ways both big and small:

Many of you have generously helped us with moving and cleaning, providing temporary storage, and even
offering leads on potential new locations.

I’ve been contacted by others asking how they can help—whether by spreading the word, assisting with setup, or supporting us financially.

And I’m especially grateful to those who’ve already heard about the Fire Recovery Offer and jumped in to secure one of the limited spots available. One student has already committed, taking one of
the spots, and I can’t express how much I appreciate the faith you’ve shown in us and your dojo during this recovery effort.

The Fire Recovery Offer:
I’m putting together the Fire Recovery Offer not as a fundraiser, but as a fair exchange. I’m not one to ask for flat-out donations, and that’s why I’m offering exclusive training packages to anyone who can take advantage of this offer.
You’ll get access to special bonuses, and your participation will directly help us get back on track as quickly as possible.

This offer is designed to benefit you as much as it helps us—ensuring that everyone who takes part will be receiving real massive value in exchange for their support. With your help, we can continue providing quality training while ensuring we’re
up and running in the new space in the shortest time possible.

Why This Is Urgent:
Every day we wait to move means further delays in resuming classes and enrolling new members, which affects everyone—whether you’re training locally or online. We need to move now to ensure that we don’t lose momentum and can get back to training and growing together.

I’ll be sharing
the details of the Fire Recovery Offer soon, including the link to sign up once our information page is ready. In the meantime, I appreciate your continued support and the opportunity to serve you all.

Thank you for being part of this journey, and in keeping the spirit of real warriorship alive in today's world. Together, we’ll make this new beginning a great success as the proverbial Phoenix arises, literally,
from the fire and chaos!

Sincerely,
Dai-Shihan Jeffrey Miller
