We're on Zoom in a few hours with this week's training highlighting the problems with the way most practitioners and self-defense students see and try to use wrist twists and locking techniques.

During this week's class, streamed from the advanced class here at the academy, we'll be looking at a few techniques and skills which serve to highlight both the lessons taught during our Warrior's Whiteboard Wednesday class this week, and the difference between the way martial artists, self-defense students, and even police and security officers see wrist joint attacking techniques and what gyaku-te waza really are!
