We're on Zoom in a few hours with this week's training which will round out our focus on Kihon 'basics' (read: "foundational truths") covered during Wednesday's Whiteboard strategy & tactics training and this week's KUDEN! podcast episode.

During tonight's class, starting at 6pm eastern and streamed from the advanced Shinobi-Kai and Black Belt class here at the academy, we'll be looking at several drills and techniques that will push students to better understand the pivotal role of what most see and "move-on from" as beginner stuff.
