Ninjutsu is about adaptability, not just skill collection and throwing sh!t at the wall, hoping it'll stick!
Ninjutsu is about adaptability, not just skill collection, fight style preference, and throwing the same sh!t at the wall all the time, and hoping it'll work EVERY time!
Most students take one of two routes when learning this powerful system of self-protection. 1 is the "I do Bujinkan" hybrid approach as a one-size-fits-all approach.
The other is to break down, separate, and compartmentalize the different ryu-ha systems within the overall Bujinkan framework as though they'll fight gyokko-style, kukishinden-style, etc..
My goal with students is in helping them progress from martial artist collecting techniques and methods, to understanding the different approaches of the various Jutsu arts taught BY and through the lineages...

a full set of not only techniques and skills, but a strategic understanding of how to assess and then deploy the correct response for the unique situation they find themselves in. So...
🔥 During today's Warrior’s Whiteboard Wednesday, we’re going to be outlining and comparing the differences between a few of the primary strategic approaches prioritized and used by the different lineages. The point will be about WHAT the particular approach is, rather than the lineage
name (although we'll look at a few of those to, but for a VERY different reason than most do)! 🔥
📌 Join me LIVE at 3PM Eastern for: ⚠️ The
strategic differences to how each JUTSU handles an attack. ⚠️ Why only having one favorite approach is a REALLY bad idea. ⚠️ How to break free from technique collector mentality—before it’s too late.
❓ Will you still be able to adapt to and have the most effective, energy efficient response regardless of the attack scenario, or will you be stuck if things don't fit your "one-size-fits-all" favorite
approach?
