We're on Zoom in a few hours with this week's training which will round out our focus on the Energy Conservation in Combat & Survival concept we've been working on throughout this week.

During this week's class, streamed from the advanced Shinobi-Kai and Black Belt class here at the academy, we'll be looking at a few tactics and strategies for saving a lot of the finite energy reserves students "leak" out without even knowing it... something that could be deadly in a real-world survival self-defense scenario!
