Just a quick head's up on an article I just wrote about a critical aspect within self-defense. Actually, I wrote the framework for it back in late 2009, and just updated it to make it more clear and, hopefully, helpful for those looking for more than a few "cool moves."
Why everyone tends to lump all forms of "self-defense" training
under one umbrella, this article poses a serious questions that almost forces any intelligent and focused individual to answer the question: "What type of self-defense training do you need?"
And, no, this has NOTHING to do with "style" or system, but rather outcomes and needs.
