That's the subject of this week's Warrior's Whiteboard Wednesday class.
During this lesson, part 1 of a 2-part look at something I learned from Hatsumi-Sensei as San-Uchi ('triple striking'), we'll be taking a look at the concept of overwhelming an attacker every time we engage with him. But, more than just hitting several times, this tactic and high-level skill set requires that we have mastered several other areas of training to be able to use it to it's fullest.
